Right of withdrawal
Period
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
Exclusions
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.
How to exercise it
To withdraw, send an explicit statement to commerciale@centochicchi.com, quoting the order number. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging.
Refund
We refund the amounts received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
