Products and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The price per unit of measure (per kilo, per capsule or per pod) is shown next to the sale price. Product images are indicative.
Order and contract
The contract is concluded when the customer completes payment and receives the order confirmation by e-mail. We may decline incomplete orders or orders for unavailable products, refunding any amount paid.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported methods). Centochicchi does not store card data.
Shipping and delivery
At this stage we ship within Italy only. Shipping is €6.90 and free for orders of €49 or more. Indicative delivery time is [n] working days from order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days as described on the “Right of withdrawal” page.
Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. For defects or errors write to commerciale@centochicchi.com.
Complaints and jurisdiction
For any complaint write to commerciale@centochicchi.com. The court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction. The EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution is also available.
Governing law
The contract is governed by Italian law.
